The sales consultant, Sandhiya was absolutely brilliant. From my first contact with her over the phone, through to the viewings, and all through the entire assessment and verification process, she was super professional, supportive, attentive and very responsive.

  Our buying process was very long and stressful however it was made so much easier once we got in contact with Ellisa Anglin. Her communication was unmatched she was very helpful! She helped push things along where others let us down. Gave weekly sometime daily updates It was very reassuring knowing that I could call her and she would reassure me and contact the right people for me when I couldn’t. She is amazing at her job and she is just an over all amazing person. She didn’t have to listen to make break down on the phone but she did lol.

  I just have to be honest about shared ownership as a general scheme. It's all a scam. Don't do for it. Ive been in my shared ownership property for 3 years and I'm paying more now and saving far less than I would had I just kept renting. In fact, I'm pretty sure I would have had a deposit by now with the amount of rent and mortgage I'm paying for this extortionate flat in North London. Schemes like this don't serve to get you on the housing market. In fact we are selling, so we can rent and save to be able to afford our forever home. Please don't make the same mistake we made.oh and be careful because resi inflate the price of the housing. The surveyors deflated the price by £10,000 and told us they tend to do that to get more money. Just an FYI

  We had a wonderful experience exchanging messages, meeting and viewing a property with Karen at So Resi Cambourne. She was welcoming and kind especially to our two toddlers with tantrums. She answered all our queries, very knowledgable about the properties and was very honest with her information which is very important to us. She was also very considerate to our situation. Very hopeful going forward in this journey having someone like Karen.

Karen is the one who assisted us from beginning to end, along with the Soresi team. She very easy to approach, and very accommodating. You can tell she's very experienced in her field as she gives sound advises and information which relates to our situation. Definitely someone you could trust. As for the Soresi team, they were amazing. From beginning to end, query to completion, their service is top notch. They update timely and provide support at each step of the way.
