With directorate leadership, a group head of sales, head of marketing and head of after-sales, the team is underpinned by a full management structure. We combine specialist understanding, an entrepreneurial approach and the highest standards of client care.

From a successful career as a client relationship manager to mortgage brokering for some of the UK’s biggest housing providers and private property businesses, Mark brings over 20 years’ experience to his role as the Head of SO Resi Partnerships. Having seen first-hand the impact that shared ownership has in enabling people to get onto the property ladder, Mark is perfectly experienced to lead on the expansion of the SO Resi Partnerships offering nationwide.

Andrey is responsible for growth in our SO Resi Partnership offer. A sales and operational expert, his focus is on building outstanding customer relationships through a genuine, transparent, win-win approach. Andrey’s partnership experience encompasses the retail, charity, leisure and property sectors, both in the UK and the US – with brands such as Grosvenor Estate Management, British Land Company, Seattle Seahawks and T-Mobile USA.

Before joining SO Resi to oversee its group-wide sales offering, Kevin spent 34 years in the property industry, holding Sales Director roles for Prowting Homes, Taylor Woodrow, Countrywide and McCarthy & Stone. Kevin is a true believer in customer satisfaction, and the fulfilment of helping people to buy their first home has not diminished since his first day selling properties.

A property marketing expert with over 12 years of experience, Esaiyas leads his team in producing and implementing tailored, clear and effective marketing strategies for our sales programme. He works closely with the development team to assess the feasibility and profitability of opportunities, and ensures new build specifications are of the highest possible quality for the target market.

Julie is responsible for all private and shared ownership sales in her region, drawing on her 28 years’ experience of the housing industry to improve sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service. Her firm focus on procedural and operational compliance is based on a broad and detailed understanding of customer requirements, shared ownership procedures, and legal and lease administration.
